Common questions
Does one subscription really cover both the web app and the extension?
Yes. Sign in with the same email on acepaste.xyz and in the extension. Both check the same backend, so a single active subscription unlocks everything on both surfaces simultaneously.
What happens after I buy a Day Pass?
Your account is upgraded to full Pro access for 24 hours from the moment of purchase. After that, features revert to the free tier unless you subscribe. The $2.99 Day Pass is a standalone access fee — it isn't credited toward a subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your account page. Pro Monthly billing stops immediately on cancellation; Pro Yearly stops renewing at the end of your current period. Founders Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never expires.
Does my data leave my browser?
Text you paste and clean is never sent to any server — all cleaning runs locally in your browser. The only requests we make are for account sign-in and subscription-status checks (so the same login works on web and the extension). Cleaning is, and will remain, entirely local.
How is the yearly savings calculated?
Pro Monthly is $14.99/mo, which is $179.88 over a year. Pro Yearly is $119/yr — about $60.88 less, roughly four months free versus paying month-to-month.
What does Founders Lifetime include?
A one-time $499 payment for lifetime Pro access on both the web app and the browser extension, including every future update. We're offering it to a limited founders cohort while we grow; once that allotment is sold, lifetime pricing rises.

What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Stripe also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We do not store any card details ourselves.
